About Me

Dr. Cameron Waggoner, PT, DPT, NCS

My passion is helping people with neurological conditions. I specialize in treating a wide range of conditions with an emphasis on stroke and traumatic brain injury. My mission is to empower my patients to reclaim their lives and achieve their fullest potential.

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and have pursued extensive advanced training in neurological rehabilitation. As a Board Certified Neurological Clinical Specialist (NCS) and a certified Neuro-IFRAH Advanced therapist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice.

With over a decade of experience in inpatient rehabilitation, I have had the privilege of guiding many individuals through their recovery journeys, helping them regain the mobility necessary to return home. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion for working with those affected by neurological conditions, particularly in the realm of stroke rehabilitation.

My treatment philosophy centers on collaboration. I believe that the best outcomes arise from a partnership between therapist and patient. While I specialize in restoring movement, you are the expert on your own life and experiences. Together, we will identify your mobility goals and work towards achieving the independence you desire.
